Add the personal bank account where your Crate Terminal proceeds settle. Funds land there within 24 hours — set it once and every in-person sale pays out automatically.
Your Crate Terminal collects cards and transfers in person, but the money has to land somewhere. Before you can receive a single payout you need a personal bank account on file — that's the account every terminal sale settles into, automatically, within 24 hours.
Why not the terminal's own account?
When you activate a terminal, Crate provisions a virtual account number for taking payments. That number is a collection account, not a wallet you can hold money in — so it can't be your settlement destination. Your payout account has to be a separate, personal NUBAN at a Nigerian bank.
Set this once. Every future terminal transaction sweeps to the account you save here, so you never have to think about cash-out again.
Before you start
You'll need three things: the bank that holds your personal account, the 10-digit account number, and the account holder name exactly as the bank has it. We ask for your BVN too, purely to confirm you own the account — it's never shared externally.
What happens after you save
Crate stores your payout account and shows it back to you at the top of the page so you can confirm it at a glance. From that moment, settlements roll in daily: gross sales, minus the per-transaction fee, netted into this account within 24 hours. To change it later, open Payout account again, enter the new details, and save — the new account takes over immediately.

Open Terminal
From your dashboard, open Terminal (POS) in the sidebar. This is the hub for everything your Crate Terminal does.

Go to Payout account
On the Terminal hub, choose Payout account — the personal NUBAN where your terminal funds settle.

Pick your bank
Select the bank that holds your personal account. Your terminal's own virtual account isn't a holding account, so it can't be your settlement destination — use a different personal account here.

Enter the account number and name
Type your 10-digit NUBAN, the account holder name, and your BVN so we can confirm you own the account. Tier 1 accepts personal accounts only.

Save — payouts are wired
Click Save payout account. Crate confirms the account and from now on every terminal sale settles here within 24 hours.
