The Crate referral program
Share your referral code and earn ₦10,000 every time a merchant you invite upgrades to a paid Crate plan. Your code and your earnings live on the Referrals page in your dashboard.
The Crate referral program rewards you for spreading the word. Every merchant you refer who upgrades to a paid plan earns you ₦10,000, credited to your wallet — so helping a friend grow their business grows yours too.
How it works
- Share your code. Find your unique referral code on the Referrals page and send it to other business owners.
- They sign up. When someone creates a Crate store using your code, they're counted as a referral.
- You earn. The moment a referred merchant upgrades to any paid Crate plan, ₦10,000 lands in your wallet.
What you can do with your earnings
Referral rewards go into your Crate Wallet, where you can put them toward your own subscription, add-ons like extra product space, or other paid features — or pay them out to your bank.
There's no cap on how many merchants you can refer. Keep sharing your code, and keep earning every time one of them goes paid.
Reading your Referrals page
- Your referral code — the code to share, with one-tap Copy and Share on WhatsApp.
- Merchants referred — everyone who has signed up using your code.
- Rewards earned — your total commission to date, in Naira.

Open Referrals
From your Crate dashboard, open Referrals in the left sidebar. This is your referral home — your code, your earnings, and how many merchants you've brought on.

Find your referral code
Your unique referral code sits at the top of the page. Use the Copy button to grab it, or Share on WhatsApp to send it straight to a friend.

Below your code, two cards show Merchants referred (how many have signed up with your code) and Rewards earned (your total commission so far).
