Can I sell on WhatsApp with Crate?
Yes, and this is one of the two channels Crate is built around rather than integrated with. You share products or a whole catalogue into a chat, the customer replies, and you turn that conversation into a real order: it appears in the same order list as a web order, it decrements the same stock count, it can be paid with a payment link in the thread, and it can be shipped and refunded exactly like any other order. There is no separate WhatsApp ledger to reconcile at the end of the week.

Setting it up
Four steps, from a phone, in about ten minutes.
- In Crate, open Settings, then Channels, then WhatsApp.
- Connect the WhatsApp number you already use for the business.
- Choose which catalogue the channel shares.
- Send a product to yourself to see the customer's side of it.
